Do these small bits have chrome vanadium socket bodies attached?
No socket bodies are listed. LX-301 is the set of heat-treated S2 bits with 1/4-inch hex shanks; the square-drive socket construction described for LX-146 is a different tool connection.
Are the often-needed T7 and T9 bits included?
Yes. T7 and T9 appear in the thirteen-size LX-301 inventory along with T4, T5, T6, T8, T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, T30 and T40. Select the exact small recess rather than stepping to the next larger bit.
Will these bits provide enough reach with an extension holder?

Which set should I choose for T60H rather than small hex-shank bits?

Is a replacement T6H available through a documented ordering code?
Individual LX-301 bits are not sold separately. Lexivon can check the warehouse for a one-time spare; specify the exact T-size and security-hole format with the 1/4-inch hex shank, rather than assuming a T6 socket is the same component.
Does the 0.65-inch package dimension describe an individual bit?
No. 0.65 x 4.4 x 1.5 inches are package dimensions and 0.13 lb is package weight. They do not describe the exposed length of T6H or another individual bit.
How do I choose the right T6 or T7 bit for an electronics screw?
Read the exact Torx size, choose the matching bit and secure its 1/4-inch hex shank in the appropriate driver. Apply steady force and avoid excessive torque; the adjacent T-number is not a remedy for a worn recess.
What should I do if a bit or socket cracks or breaks?
Stop using the damaged piece and contact Lexivon with the model, issue description and clear photos. A break alone does not establish a covered defect; Lexivon assesses warranty eligibility.
Should my holder include T35 between T30 and T40?
T35 is not in the published thirteen-size inventory. Check the listed markings, including T27, T30 and T40; report an absent listed bit rather than assuming every number up to T40 should be present.
Can I keep using a rounded T6H while servicing a small ratchet?
Stop using the rounded T6H and check the screw's exact Torx profile and condition. Do not reshape the damaged tip or increase torque to finish servicing the small ratchet; use a suitable replacement.
Can I use these bits for prying, scraping or as punches?
No. Prying, scraping and punch use can break a bit and cause injury. Use these hex-shank bits only with a suitable drive tool for matching fasteners.
Does the warranty cover normal wear or modification?
No. Coverage excludes normal wear, misuse, modification and damage from non-original parts. Commercial use is limited to 12 months without extension; industrial use is excluded. Torque-wrench recalibration is also excluded.
