Warranty Coverage

Our products are protected by tailored warranty options for your peace of mind, starting from the date and time of purchase:

Warranty Type	Coverage Period
Standard Warranty	12 months
Covers defects in material and workmanship. This basic protection is included with all products.
Extended Warranty	24 months
Register your product online within 90 days of purchase to extend the Standard Warranty from 12 months to 24 months.
Lifetime Warranty	Lifetime
For products specifically marked, register online within 90 days of purchase to activate lifetime coverage that extends throughout the product’s lifespan.

Usage Guidelines

• Commercial Use: Products used in commercial environments (e.g., small businesses, offices) are covered for 12 months. This warranty cannot be extended.
• Industrial Use: Products used in industrial settings (e.g., manufacturing plants, construction sites) are not covered under warranty due to heavy-duty operations that exceed normal limits.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, follow these steps. Note that services performed under warranty do not extend the original warranty period:

1. Fill Out the Claim Form: Complete the Warranty Claim Form available on our website.
2. What to Include (Optional but Recommended): Including the following items with your form will help us process your claim more efficiently:
   • Clear photos of the product
   • A detailed description of the issue
   • The product ID, serial number, and order number
3. Response: We will try to contact you within 4-6 hours (and at most within 1 business day) after sending the form. Our customer service representative will provide you with instructions on what to do next.
4. Resolution: Depending on the situation, LEXIVON may:
   • Replace the product with the same model
   • Replace the product with a product of the same value
   • Reimburse you for your purchase
   The decision will be made at LEXIVON's sole discretion.
5. Shipping Costs: You may need to return the defective product, and we may cover part or all of the shipping costs, depending on the circumstances. Our customer service representative will provide details when you contact us.

Exclusions

• This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Damage from heat, accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Use of non-original LEXIVON parts or accessories
  • Tools that have been modified or altered
  • Industrial use
• This warranty does not cover any indirect losses or damages unless required by law. Your legal rights remain unchanged.
• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty is the only one we provide and replaces all others, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or satisfactory quality. Claims for indirect losses or the duration of an implied warranty depend on local laws in your area.
