Seems to me to be pretty good deal, for a handy man sort of usage. Don't know how long they'd last for a pro, but seem a good deal to me.
CDM
Love each ruler with separate features. Having numbers on both sides is a great idea. Been building for years and never had that perk before.
SandyVDZ
Great to have as spares around the house, but the name brand ones are sturdier for measuring long spans.
Asem
Good built and sturdy, however, I had issues with the locking mechanism few times, I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue.

Product is just as expected

Easy to read and well balanced making it easy to use. I will buy more of them for my business

Prie was right and it works better than the tape they replaced.

A wll made retracting tape measure. Recommended.

Love the kit, i gave one to my Dad for his 80th birthday, abd he loves it.

N+1 is the mathematical formula for the required number of tape measures for a given project, where N is the number of tape measures you have now and the +1 is how many more you'll need when you inevitably misplace your current tape measure. These are not big names tape measures, my friends aren't all like à€œwoah man nice tape measure" when I pull these out. The locking mechanism is only ok. But where they shine is that you get two of em for a really decent price. This doubles the amount of work you can get done on your home project before you inevitably misplace one, drop one off the roof, your child who is à€œhelping" walks off with it, or any number of other potential project ending outcomes. These measure, they are priced right, and you get two. Can't miss!
Ref Bob
I like the operation of the tape which keeps the tape in place as you extend it and retracts when the button is pushed. No need to lock it as you use it.
Kitts
Works as you would expect a tape measure to. Less money than other brands but efficient
Jack Ballard
I got a couple of these to put around the house. They are decent tape measures for the price. Obviously, the quality doesn't compare to Stanley, but if you want to keep one on every floor of the house for menial tasks so you aren't always running to the workshop to get you good tape measure, they are good for that. I'm not a fan of the white face, but that may just be personal preference having been used to every tape measure ever having a yellow face.
Chico Da Brick
Worth the money I'd say.
Brian Shortridge
great deal
Jo-Ann Lucas
Easy to use with a comfortable grip

Even though I almost immediately dropped the auto-lock tape into the ocean working on our dock, I have been very happy with these tape measures. They are easy to read, accurate, and sturdy.
Archer
They both fell apart in less then a week.
Kim Zimmerman
Love this tape measure EXCEPT for the SMELL! man this thing is stinky with hard to describe order. Smells like combination of ink, old oil and that pungent oder from a wash cloth left too long by the Sink. I have tried to open the tape up as much as possible and clean it but this isn't easy and it doesn't really work. Waiting for a hot day where I can stretch the tape completely outside and wash/dry it out side to air

I bought this to cut up to make snap bags. Flexible and strong. Good product
Ray S.
I was in the middle of a 12 x 60 ft deck rebuild when my tape measure just snapped at the two-inch mark. These new ones arrived within 48 hours and have proven accurate, easy to read, smooth to operate and so far reliable. No bugs to speak of.
Jak Corrigan
Can't measure anything up high without it bending. Very pointless.
Dr. Thomas Webster
Product as advertised no issues at this time

Good tape measure for the price
terry
These appear to be a great buy. Wont know for months though. I like the one that only locks the tape when you wish and do not like the one that has to be "buttoned" to get the tape back after using it. Other than that they appear to be a good deal.
T. K. Paul
Pretty basic tape measures. I didn't realize they were different until opening. One is auto lock and the other is manual. Good to have both. Teeth feel sturdy and grab onto edges well. Only real negative is the size of the unit isn't exact 3" so measuring inside corners isn't the easiest.

Great Tape at a great price!! Nice large numbers!! The 2 pack lets you keep extras when you forget where you left your other one
ReviewToaKill
There’s not much more you could ask for in a tape measure...except for two of them at an amazing price. The measuring tape on both is two-sided. For the English units, both the typical inch markings are shown as well as the actual fractions. These also measure in metric. They also seem to be calibrated perfectly - something I’ve learned the hard way isn’t always the case. The hook on the end has the give that it needs, and is held in place by three rivets. Both the housing and clip are solid. These are great 25’ tape measures!

Very easy to use.
Holly Dixon
Really nice tape measure. Recommended for construction jobs. Large tape with easy readable markings. Solid construction and I’d buy again.
natalie
These are rad. I like how it automatically locks when you pull the tape out, and the button reels it back in.
Heather Mitchell
Excelente mecanismo, buen empacado, calidad de la cinta
Terrie B.
One tape has already bent and doesn't lock well.

Perfect for my needs. I use it everyday.

good value for 2 tapes - and work very well and are sturdy.i would purchase again

I LOVE these tape measures. I never thought I would get excited over a tape measure but these BOTH are something to talk about! Not only do they have a sturdy yellow and black body, they have features that make these valuable to the do it yourselfer. The first one is like a normal tape measure which you pull out and lock - but the difference is the brake - it slows down the tape as it reels back in. You have control over it. It has a two sided tape one yellow and one white- they are both easy to read , the English measurement side has the measurement fraction on EACH line . No more guessing or trying to figure it out if you are ruler marking challenged. They both also have a true zero hook feature which allows you to slightly move the end hook to accommodate how you measure. The end hook is useable on both sides. The second unit it is my favorite as it locks as you pull it out. No need to lock it in place. It has all the same measuring features on the tape . This is a great set to add to your toolbox. They both have non slip rubber on the body which will also help protect it in case of drops.

Very bad broke in one day

These LiviVon 25 foot tape measures are perfect for most meedium to small jobs. They're sturdy and fits easily on a belt ot in a pocket. The tape itelf is so easy to read. I highly recommend this package of 2.

Comparing this tape measure to my previous Stanley brand one, I initially found that they were comparable—then positive differences started to become noticeable:• It is somewhat lighter in weight.• It is printed on two sides, the second giving metric measures which, although I don’t tend to speak ‘metric’, many things that I need to assemble, or install do speak ‘metric.’• The top side is white, and the numbers are in thick, bold, black making them have more contrast and easier to read.• Within each inch there are fractions printed at the appropriate intervals so you don’t have to do mental math to figure that the measure is 6 5/8th –it’s right there.• The back side is the usual yellow and shows inch and foot measurements but, where you have the fractions on the top side, you show centimeters on the back. Each block of ten centimeters forms a unit (counting from 1 to 10 or 1-20, etc.) and the tenth number (20, 30, 40) is in red. The millimeters are clearly marked.• On the top side (the white side) once you get past one foot, each inch beyond that I labeled by foot and inch (Ex: 1 F/9 for one foot 9 inches).• While some might find all these additional visual clues patronizing, I’m not proud. I’ve made mistakes that have resulted in the need to start over and welcome any help I can get!• Each 16-inch measure is in red to keep you aware of stud locations with a down pointed arrow for the exact location.• It opens and retracts just as easily and holds stiff just as long—I compared side-by-side (roughly for 5 ½ feet.)• It not only has the usual belt clip; it also has wrist band.• The hook has protrusions on two sides so you can hook it up to see the markings on both the inch/fractions side or the inch/metric side at the end (or the beginning, depending on how you think of it) catches—and it catches securely on both sides.• There is a rubberized covering around the yellow tape enclosure which adds an added level of protection against drops.• I’m not surer of this is necessarily good or bad but pressing the retract button on this unit gives a much faster response than on the Stanley measure.• There is an open rivet at the 1 3/8ths mark on the white side (the 3 ¾ cm on the yellow side) which seems to be for making a pencil mark. I can’t figure out why this is. Maybe there’s a practical reason for it, maybe it’d just structural, but it’s there and it’s sort of confusing. On the whole, while the old “measure twice, cut once” old saying will always apply, you find that you work faster and with more confidence when you have so many visual aids helping you calculate exactly what you’re doing.
Donald Gillette
Evidently, they've boosted the quality of this thing because it's as good as a Stanley at about half the price. The tape itself is thick enough to stretch out 8' to 10' and not bend, the 1" wide is perfect and easy to read, and the spring appears to be excellent.
Richard C. Drew
Great 25 foot tapes with some nice features. The front catch is attached with three rivets and has the standard 1/16th slide. It's also large and can grip on top or bottom. The tape is printed on BOTH sides - white on the front/top, yellow on back/bottom. Rubber molded frame to prevent damage when dropping. There's a button on the bottom that temporarily locks the tape while you hold it it, plus the typical slide lock on the front. The slide lock is my one complaint - it feels a bit flimsy and only the last 1/4" actually locks the tape. The rest is just slop. The lanyard is permanently attached and strong. I tried pulling it off and could not - so it will hold up to daily use and abuse.Fantastic bang for the buck.
Derek
Good tapes and sturdy, lock work good
Fernando
It’s a great tape measure
Alex
The only flaw I see in it is the bottom lock button it gets stuck some times and you have to force it in
DC
And I mean SERIOUSLY flimsy. Both of the 2-pack, the features of which I like, developed kinks in the first 12 inches within a couple of months of weekly use. THis makes them impossible to use by one person, as the end of the tape folds over when trying to press it against a surface. If you get these, baby them. They require it.
Laura
I really like that it comes with one that automatically locks and one that doesn’t. The one that doesn’t, has a button in the bottom that you can hold down to prevent it from retracting. It feels very sturdy and the measuring tape holds firmly for a good distance. It feels much more substantial than my old one so I doh let it wooo bend or warp as easily.
TheWinemaker99336
If you ever have to search for your tape measure, get these. Well made, easy to read and has a nice tape lock feature.
sixgun-eddie
Perfect for home use ,i wouldn't use it for everyday construction

I am quite impressed with this set of 2 of the 25 Foot Tape Measures. I chose them because they both have the Standard American measurements AND also Metric measurements! They are both very well made and also have other very useful features. One is called DuaLock, and the other one is AutoLock. I personally prefer the DuaLock one as it is a tiny bit smaller and fits my hand better. It has a regular locking mechanism on it, but it also has a button on the bottom of the case to slow down or stop the retracting tape too. My Husband likes the AutoLock the best, which basically autolocks the tape at what ever length he extends it. He then presses that red button to retract the tape. The combination of 2 tape measures with somewhat different features in this set has worked out great for both of us.
PilgrimPilgrim
I immediately fell in love with the retraction springs & tape locks on these 2 tape measures. However, after using for a mere 15 min, the autolock tape developed a kink which turned into a tear & became useless. After inspecting the tape itself I discovered that the metal is only 1/2 as thick as other tape measures I own. I have never had a tape measure that feels and acts like delicate paper. There is very little structural integrity with these tapes & so have no usefulness whatsoever, in my opinion. I was sad to see such a poor quality material used with such a high quality case & locking mechanism.
Bold Consumer
I'm really pleased with these. They lock and slide out well, has a clip, which I will not use but someone may, and it has little legs to help you keep it in place while you are measuring. See picture.
Dianne Whiteheart
Finally one I can find and read
Nay Marie
Love it and really enjoy the quality of it
Tammie Baxter
Lock feature inadequate, slips. Flimsy tape, not stiff enough for a one person measure of any distance, ie. room(s). Easy enough to read up close. Ok for the price. Will gift second one.
Donna
This is a decent medium weight tape measure. It has a push lever on the front that allows the tape to retract. The edge holds pretty good.
Serg
I love the double-sided tape. If you have to install drywall on the ceiling you will find the feature of having numbers on the back very useful. I also like that fractions are written so I don't have to count dashes. You see immediatelly if it is 3/4 or 7/8. I did improve the lock feature by filing little grooves into the slider to make it less slippery. I found original design a little hard to operate with one hand as my thumb kept slipping off while trying to unlock the slider.
Thomas G Andersen
Liked everything-27 years owning 2 hardware stores-this tape measure is clearly superior to any I ever saw or sold or used
Hayley
The white side of the tape is a bit hard to read but that just mean I need glasses. The product seems very well made and sturdy. Overall I’m very happy with the product
Tomas Milo
This pack comes with 2 very similar tape measures with one main difference. One locks automatically and one has a dual lock system depending on how you are using it. They are both very good quality with easy to read markings. A good value and easy to use tape measures.
ReliableSeller111
First ones stopped working so they sent me two new ones - those stopped working also. Simply put, I had to get new ones

C.M. & T.M.
These tape measures are well made, easy to use and to read. I love the white tops -- they seem easier to read with my bad sight. The tops are in standard fractional units while the bottoms are in both standard and metric. The main difference between them is in how you lock the tape. One has a pretty standard mechanism where the tape is under tension until you lock it, though there are two ways to do so rather than one. The other, which I love, will stay at whatever position you pull it out to and will stay there until you push a button to retract it. Why aren't all tape measures like that???
Terri Giese
Met all my needs. Great so far
Ian F
Love this tape for quick measures and easy reading! The fractions listed out make reading it super simple.
john w. gifford
Its nice to have metric and SAE all in one place.
Lucille Pitts
Not quality. Go to a construction site with this and be laughed at
Natasha
Very sharp and easy to use! Great to measure everything from large furniture to small items.

price quality everything with these are just as good as any name brand product.
LegoDad
I have a couple tape measures, one I like, one I'm not as fond of. I really didn't need any more, but I'm always looking for things like this to try to find one I like better. These work well. The tape is stiff enough that I can extend it straight out to my side, and it's not until I exceed the 7 foot mark with the hand holding it out that it snaps under its weight and falls to the floor.I love the two colored tape, and I really like the fractions, far more than what the one I have that I like had. It's also nicely wrapped in the rubber, and with the strap, I find myself actually hanging it from things, such as my lever door knob right now in my bathroom as I remodel it and that's a nice feature that none of my others have. It's not the longest, but it works very well, and getting two for one, can't beat the deal. I would've given it four stars if it was just the one, but getting two of these for this price, it makes it a 5 star deal.
Scott
My husband and I are into design and remodeling and constantly doing projects at home, so we pretty much pull this tape measured our everyday. I love the way it locks, it’s heavy duty, and it goes back in nicely. Good purchase
alj5
I’m a home diy-er and these are perfect for me. They’re sturdy but not too heavy, accurate, and the outer shell survived being dropped from the roof to gravel with nary a scratch.I’ve had these for a few months and have been very happy.
Cat Martin
I gave one to my son - he said he had one, but I don't know what it is about tape measures...you can have one and when you need it, can't find it. So if you have two, you've increased your chances of finding one! I have a very small one that I keep in my purse - it isn't long like this one, but if I need to measure something in a hurry when not at home, I can pull that one out of my purse. With this one, measuring a door or window for replacement or other treatment, comes easy. Great, sturdy tape measure!
Joseph
I expected these to be identical. However, one has more features than the other. Both do a fine job.
Warren Armbrister
I liked the Tape speed break on the bottom and the locking tab.Great tape love the duel side tape feature
Gerik Alexander Gentry
These are great. I love that it's a 2-pack. I can keep one with me and a spare in the event I lose it. They are easy to read and have a steep curve to them. I think this helps them stay stiffer further out. I find that after about 7 feet, they "snap" and go limp, so they're great if you need to measure from like a window sill to a ceiling and the likes where it may be otherwise hard to reach. Super easy to use. Feels quite durable. I haven't dropped mine, but I don't recommend it. Not sure how long they'll last if you repeat that. The rubber grips around them may help with softening the jar from an impact, but again, not something I'm hoping to test out...ever. 5 out of 5 stars. Exactly what I wanted.

Si todavía estas aprendiendo a utilizar el metro te será muy útil

Great quality, great price! Looking forward to the easy-to-read printing on the tape!

Me gusto mucho la cinta, estaba buscando con fracciones y es de las pocas que hay me gusto el material me parece duradera, y no me di cuenta que el precio es por dos piezas…buena compra

The locking mechanism, two sided printing and double end grabber make this a great tape. Can't beat the value.
Mike
I pulled out the tape and didn't see metric.I thought there was no metric. It's on the bottom of the tape.

The Key Master
The Lexivon 25 Feet Tape Measure is the best tape measure that I have ever used. They have 2 models, and I own both. This model is unique because it instantly locks the tape as it its extended. However, you can keep extending it as needed without resetting the tape measure. I find that I like this version of the taper measure even more than the other one that Lexivon sells. Please read the review to see why this is amazing.1) The tape measure is nylon coated, this gives it a non-stick surface, and it is gentler on surfaces when compared to a tape measure that is not nylon coated.2) the tape is double sided. On the main side, there is English measurements that are very easy to read. You have inches, eights, feet with inches (such as 1F 7 Inches), running length in inches, and stud markers every 16 inches. On the opposite side, you have metric in centimeters and millimeters along with the English measurement while also showing stud marketing’s every 16 inches. This side of the tape measure makes it very easy to convert English to metric measurements.3) it has excellent usability features such as a belt clip, and a sliding lock / unlock. There is also a land yard / wrist strap.4) the tape measure is 25 feet of capacity.5) the tape measure is extremely easy to read as the numbers and scale are in a very large print, making it easy on the eyes. the tape is 1 inch thick, and the markings use the full width of the tape to make it easy to read.6) The tape measure appears to be made of a strong plastic frame that is coated with rubber bumpers to protect it from drops.7) Unlike any other tape measure that I have ever owned, this tape measure has an instant / automatic lock as it is extended. But if you need more tape, just keep pulling. If you pulled out too much, push the button and it will retract for as long as you are holding the button. Amazing innovation! Please see the photos that I included of the box, and both sides of the tape measure. It truly is a great tape measure.

I've reached the age where I don't waste my time anymore looking for needed tools. My solution? I periodically buy more. When those go missing, I buy yet more. This purchase was a good deal...reliable and well built. I do the same thing with box cutters and reading glasses . The wife says she doesn't have them so the gremlins must have it.
